Any injury, pain level, or physical condition information you choose to share with us
Account information, such as your email address, if you create an account
Subscription and purchase information processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play (we do not receive or store your payment card details)
Messages you send us through our contact form, including your name and email address
Basic app usage and device information collected automatically to help us maintain and improve the App

How Your Information Is Stored
Your measurements and generated plans are stored on your device and securely on our servers so your plan is available across sessions. We use industry-standard measures to protect this information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Third Parties We Work With
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions across the App Store and Google Play, and Apple and Google to process your subscription purchase directly. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your Choices
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your App Store or Google Play account settings
You can contact us at hello@totalis.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
