Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Totalis Fitness mobile app (the "App"), provided by Totalis ("Totalis," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Totalis provides general exercise information and training plans for educational and informational purposes only. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, even where a plan is described as personalized to your measurements or injury history. Always consult a physician or other qualified health provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have an existing injury, or have any medical condition that could be affected by physical activity.

Totalis does not take responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that results from performing the exercises shown in the App. If you are not experienced with strength training, free weights, or resistance-band exercises, or are unsure how to perform a movement safely, we strongly recommend working with a qualified personal trainer who can supervise your form in person before attempting these exercises on your own.

By using the App, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury, and you voluntarily assume all such risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Totalis and its owners, employees, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App or performance of any exercise or movement shown in it.

Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewing subscription plans (for example, Monthly Pro) that unlock access to your personalized training plan. Subscription price and length are shown in the App before you subscribe.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase

• Your subscription automatically renews for the same length and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings

• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial

Your Account

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You can delete your account and its data at any time from within the App's Account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App or its underlying systems.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Totalis and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Totalis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
